These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of qwixmix.com and any purchase of Qwix Mix products. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these Terms.

Products & orders

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. We may update pricing, availability, or product specifications at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Qwix Mix.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Freight, duties, and taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Warranty

Qwix Mix proportioners and dispensers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Contact us for the warranty terms that apply to a specific product. Consumables (concentrate, hoses, nozzles) are sold as-is.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Equipment must be unused and in its original packaging. Concentrate and other consumables are non-returnable once opened.

Use of the site

The website, including text, graphics, logos, and PDFs, is owned by Qwix Mix or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the content. You agree not to interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwix Mix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
